You climp up a long rope ladder, and find yourslef on a landing. You take the door on the right, and walk into a large, circular room. The floor and walls are allwood, and there are windows everywhere. Hammocks are hung on the walls, and small squirrles are scampering around. You have reached the squirrel Domitory. This is where you will find most squirrles. Anyone is welcome to visit, but only squirrels are allowed to live here. So, squirrles, this is your private place. Have fun! Lady Amber

Moonwind climbs the ladder and runs into the dormitory. He picks a hammock and places his staff under it, with his dirk and other weapons in the bedside locker, he settles himself onto the hammock and waits for others to arrive, munching on an acorn while he waits

Stealth scurries in and, looking around, dashes to a hammock close by Moonwind. She lays her clothes and other stuff under her hammock and also places her weapons in the bedside locker.

Stealth smiles. "Yes Moonwind. I do kind of miss wandering but it feels as if I'm supposed to be here. Do you think that's wierd?"

"Not really - a wander's nice but it's always good to have somewhere that feels like home!"

*Lady Amber climbs up to the tree-house, to see how things are going. She finds Moonwind and Stealth already there, and settling in nicely. Lady Amber puts down a small bundle of blankets on an empty hammock (the one nearest the door) and turns to the two squirrels.* I'm so pleased you two are feeling at home here, it's improtant to have a place you can call home. And we're right next to the archery platform, you can get to it from that window.

As Lady Amber mentions the window, a small strange creature stumbles through it, landing in a heap on the floor of the dormitory. Standing up and brushing himself off, Delaney straightens the collection of reeds he has tied together around his tail, and tries to present himself in a way a squirrel might. It is hard. He fell out of the tree several times, on his way in, and is a little sore. Nonetheless, he manages to clamber into a hammock, and pull an abandoned nut from beside him. "So what do you squi .. I mean, ahem .. we squirrels do for fun ?" he enquires, cheekily.

*Lady Amber spies a strange looking squirrel enter through the window. She notices the cheeky grin on his face, and realises it could only belong ot one person. None the less, she decides to play along with him* Why hello young squirrel. I haven't seen you around here before. For fun, we squirrels play in trees mostly. In fact, I'm sure Moonwind nad Stealth would be happy to play tree-tag with you. If you're up to it, that is.

Stealth smiles also playing along. "Aye! Tree-tag is fun especially when we go really high up into the trees, where the branches can easily snap!"

"Yes and then you have to rely on your tail to keep you from falling!"

The mouse ahem .. 'squirrel' *g* gulps noticeably at their jest, and looks back, nervously to his 'tail'. Bringing his eyes downcast, he experiences a sudden burst of dibbun inspiration and begins to hop about on one paw. "Ah, alas that I stepped on an .. umm .. a nut ! Yes, that's it. A nut !" he proclaims, hastily, and grasps up the 'injured' paw, which he proceeds to wiggle in the face of his audience. "I shall simply have to explore . I mean guard the dormitory for candied chestnuts. You never can tell where they may wander off to .." Trying to retain his balance, Delaney risks glancing up to see whether they have bought his story.

*Lady Amber is glad to see her squirrles can spot an imposter.* Yes, Let me take a look at your paw. Some tightly bound nettle should do the trick. Why don't we visit the Infirmary?
