Moonwind settles at a bench, his gaze sweeps the Great Hall and falls on the great Tapestry. He stands and walks towards it and gazes upon it, all thourght of the feast forgotten.

((somewhere away and disconnected to Moonwind and Stealth. that is to say i'm not standing close to you or disturbing you guys... girls...))
The quiet otter pads softly on the flagstone floor. His sage tunic made of a light material sways loosely from his body. Lynn surveys the Great Hall noticing that not that many creatures are relaxing. Most are up and about eating or serving food (or that's what I'm guessing they are doing). He walks light-footed and passes several Redwallers. The otter speaks soft and direct greetings of hello. Lynn finds a seculed seat lighted by different colors of blue, red, and green from a nearby stained window. He observes the cheery scene and takes particular notice of the squirrels.
(whoah long post...)

Stealth smiles as she speaks, "Yes I have met your Aunt. I'm from the west though. I used to wander about trying to rid the world from vermin. How 'bout you?" Then she turns to Lynn. "Yes please join us."

"No I had a happy life, then one day I went hunting by myself, I returned to find my home destroyed - I buried my family, but there was no trace of who did it. I journey to Mossflower - following only the fact that my grandmother came from here. I arrived a few days ago - and was reunited with my Great Aunt. But don't let's talk about that now" he shakes himself "who is the mouse in this tapestry?"

Lynn waves his paw in acknowledgment to the pair. He makes another motion as to say, "in a second". He then turns his attention to the lady squirrel, "Oh, nothing really dramatic. Have you been slaying any poor beasts lately? Wait, do you want to join Moonwind and Stealth first?" The otter gets up and waits for Lady Amber.

Stealth stares intently at the mouse in the tapestry. Then she sees the name MARTIN stitched in flowing letters. She shrugs and then speaks. "I don't know. But see here," She points to the name. "His name must be Martin. Martin who I wonder." She pauses as if lost in thought then returning back to reality she speaks again though her voice is a little quivery. "My parents were widely repected in west Mossflower. They always protected the forest. They taught me archery skills along with sword skills so that one day I could replace them..." She sighs. "But alas. It was not meant. Vermin came along and my parents trusted them. My parents invited them in for supper. And their thanks was to kill my parents!! I sadly crouched in a corner hiding from them and watching as they took everything and then set fire to my home. As soon as they left I dragged my parents bodies out of the house before they burned. The next day I had a funeral." ((My dad is telling me to sign off but that's basically Stealth's story.))

"There do seem to be a lot of Orphans around Redwall these days - maybe Lady Amber or Lynn could tell us who this mouse is - why don't we go and ask them?"

"Yeah I know what you mean. And sure let's go ask!" Stealth and Moonwind walk over to Lady Amber and Lynn. "Excuse us but could you tell us who that great mouse on the tapestry is?"

Certainly not Lyn! I do not go around slaying poor beasts withlut a good reason, you know that! No, I've been building a tree-house for the squirrles. And yes, let's join Moonwind and Stealth. *Lady Amber gets up, and sits down at the young squirrels' table. She hears their question.* Ah, you mean Martin the Warriar. He was a great mouse who came to Redwall when we most needed help. An army of widlcats hat invaded Mossflower, and we badly needed allies. He came, and fought for us. He even killed the evil widcat queen, Tsarmina. Martin is most honoured, here at Redwall.

"IS that why all the vermin are running away from him?" asks Moonwind

Yes, the vermin were terrified of Martin, even before he killed their queen. And they didn't grow less scared when he showed them kindness, after they lost the battle. They were just so unused to it. But I must ask you Moonwind, what was it like where oyu came from? Different to Redwall, or similar? I'd love to know what happened to my sister, after she left Mossflower.
