This great waterfall rushes forward with great fluidity and vigor. The water is refreshing and perfectly clean coming from the mountains way north. At the base of the waterfall churns a dark pool but further from the mouth it is cheering and hospitable. On one bank there are large flat rocks horizontal to the river. Half is in the water with the liquid flowing smoothly over. It is a perfect place to sit and feel the current. The other half is above the water and is heated by the sun. It is an ideal place to sunbathe and dry off. There are nearby clearings where anyone can set up a tent to stay for the night or even build a small lake dwelling. Here anyone can play, swim, and do anything they want to their little waterdog’s content.

Stealth lays aside her weapons in a tree. The she leaps from the tree making only a little splash as her body hits the water...

*Lady Amber scampers onto the river bank, and sees Stealth and Lynn. She smiles at the young squirrel, then turns to Lynn.* nice place this, really. You could do some wonderful things here. Beautiful scenery. Any ideas for the future?

Scurrying onto the scene, Jareck overhears Lady Amber's last comment and question. "Aye, I intend to live here, and build a nice little house over...there!" she says, pointing to add emphasis. "Once I've been here long enough anyway". She nodded to Lady Amber, and to Skipper Lyn, before diving under the cool water, hoping to catch something for later.

Lynn smiles at the otter's antics. He replies to the squirell, "I'm going to try to keep it as natural as possible, Lady".
(I saw 4 squirrels today. happy!)

Yes, the river wouldn't quite be the same if we built all around it. It really is beautiful. I know squirrels don't usually swim, but I can't resist it! *Lady Amber dives into the water, and begins swimming towards Stealth.* The water is so warm! I swear, Lynn picked the perfect place for the otters home.
(Where did you see them? Grey or red?)

(They were grey and I saw them on the air force base near my home. ((my dad works there)) They have lots of huge trees there. happy happy.)
"Hehe, thanks. It is really nice here. It's perfect for not just otters but for all creatures who enjoy water. But I think I will stay up here and warm my fur."

(( I loooove squirrels!!! We have a bunch of Oak trees in our front yard where two adult squirrels and their new baby squirrel live. ;D ))
Stealth also playfully splashes Lynn. "Come on Lynn! You don't know what you're missing!!!"

Lynn drips in water, "Ohhh hoooo! Now you've gone too far!" He dives in sleekly and disappears under the water. The next thing either squirrel knows they're grabbed by their feet and taken underwater. He releases them only a second afterward. Too bad they aren't otters or I could have holded on longer.

Jareck, being the cheeky otter she is, decides to seek revenge on the skipper on behalf of the spluttering squirrels. Diving under, hardly rippling the surface, she swims and positions herself just beneath Lyn. After a few seconds, she swims straight up, pushing Lyn straight out of the water, and up into the air. Just before Lyn lands back in the water, Jareck swims hell for leather to the other side of the river, hiding herself in the reeds.
