(I still think it is too early to start anything so big or long. This means that we will be away from the abbey and will not be able to do anything in those threads. Everything will become postponed. We barely even have horde members. I play the one but the captain has not posted for awhile. I do believe then that there are only TWO others!!! Shouldn't we atleast give them a chance? And shouldn't they be the ones to make the first move? Let's plan this out and not be too hasty.)

(In RPG Lynn you can be at many places at once. Therefore the Feast in GH is going on at the same time as the Battle for Salamandastron etc. If you keep to RL speed then you rapidly lose interest!)

Young Delaney jumps up and down, yelping as though he is being stung. "Please let me join the defence of the abbey !" is his cry. He drops one of the clumsily arrows he has crafted, and trips over the likewise-produced bow, his paw tangled in the string. Clambering to his feet with an 'Ahem' and a reddening face, the mouse does his best impersonation of a salute, and tries to look like a warrior. "What do I do to sign up, sah ?" he chirps, overenthusiastically.

Moonwind pops back in and lifts the dibbun easily placing him onto a tabletop "Right first young sir we need to have you name - Delanly right? and once you've told us that we need to see about some proper wweapons for you." he lifts him down "Come on - I'll kit you out from my spares"

Stealth looks at the poorly crafted arrows and pulls a face.. "I suppose these would do but not over long range. Anyway..." She takes about ten arrows from her quiver and hands them to him. "You can practice later but right now I think Moonwind is right we need to get you a better weapon."

The young mouse watches each in turn voice their opinions of his joining them. Arching one eyebrow he strides importantly across the tabletop, spinning the arrows in his paw. "Ah, fear not, for this mouse is a fast learner, O mighty ones .. I can learn whatever you can show me. And beat you at it too," he boasts, with the all assuming confidence of a dibbun. Striking his chest with his empty paw, Delaney explodes in giggles and jumps back down to the floor. Plucking up his poor bow, he waves it about. "Let me at 'em !" the youngster declares. "Delaney don't need no training. Delaney'll knock 'em flying if they take on this abbey. Rats and weasels, foxes all ! I'm not afraid of nothing." Crossing small arms in front of him, the dibbun is the image of a stubborn baby in mid-protest of having a bath.

*Lady Amber tries to look stern, but can't help bursting our laughing.* You'll have your hands full with this one Moonwind. We hardly need anyone else. This young mouse could probably take on the entire horde, couldn' you?
